Information for customers purchasing from outside the UK

All customers outside of the UK will not pay UK Vat at the current rate (20%)

The price excluding vat will be calculated by the website when you have set up your account with your full shipping details , any duties and taxes that may be applied by your local customs office when the parcel arrives in your country would be the customers reponsibility. These charges are typically based on a combination of the product's value, weight, and the customs regulations of your country. From our experience customs fees are around 5% along with your countries VAT rate (as we reduce the current UK vat rate (20%). Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact amount of these fees, as they can vary depending on location.

The customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes imposed by their local customs office. These fees are separate from our shipping charges

Our shipping partner will contact you to collect these duties before delivey is made and they will typically hold the package until these fees are paid.

Unfortunately, we cannot alter the value of the customs declaration to avoid these fees. It is important to declare the correct value of your order to comply with customs regulations.

We recommend researching your country's customs regulations and potential import fees before placing your order.

Returns Policy

We strongly recommend you are 100% sure on the style of wheel and fitment for your car before ordering to avoid any returns, we always check each item before sending.

Once you recive the item please make sure you inspect and check all items, any defects need to be reported within 48 Hours of delivery.

We only accept returns if the items are in exactly the same condition as when we sent them out.

We do not accept returns on ‘made to order’ items – see section A3 within Tearms & Conditions.

You have the right to a 14 day cooling off period starting on the day you receive your item, after this time we will not accept any returns.

You will need to contact us by email ( [email protected] ) within 7 days if you wish to request a return and the item will need to be back with us within the 14 days.

Any returns will need to be packaged in exactly the same way as they arrived to you in the same condition and original packaging as you will be responsible for any damage to the item on its way back to us and you are responsible for any damages and costs incurred in returning the item to us.

We will refund the item when we have received it and checked it and are happy it is as we sent it out.

We do not refund delivery charges or payment charges incurred in the sale.

We will only refund using the same method you paid with.

If you receive faulty/wrong items we will of course endeavour to right the situation.

Non faulty goods returned to us may incur a 20% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion.

Before Fitting

We advise that you check for correct equipment, condition, fittings and tyre directions prior to external fitting. If for any reason a wheel or tyre is damaged or the incorrect size or if you think there maybe a problem, do not fit to your vehicle, do not drive on it, do not fit tyres if wheels only, contact BM Autosport immediately (must be within 7 days of delivery). BM Autosport will not be held liable for any external charges.

We advise a test fit and that you thoroughly check the alloy wheels, prior to mounting tyres for wheels only packages.

Warranty

Our standard structural warranty on wheels is 12 months. We can only provide 3 month warranty on Polished or Diamond Cut wheel finishes. Warranty is void in cases where wheels have suffered damage from stone-chips, kerbing, neglect or other 3rd party causes. We strongly advise wheels that have Polished or Diamond Cut finishes are not used during the wet/winter months. We advise they are only used as fair weather wheels and show use. All our used wheels and tyres carry no warranty or guarantee.

Tyre Warranty

Tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for BM Autosport to warrant a tyre, if a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre. It is not therefore possible to resolve tyre problems on the spot. You will need to return the tyre to us and cover costs.

Part Worn Tyres - It is important to remember that our part worn tyres have previously been used and due to the nature of this we cannot absolutely guarantee perfect condition and some tyres may have some cosmetic damage, small nicks or had puncture repairs. However, any part worn tyre that we sell will be safe to use, road legal and will not cause an mot failure. All our tyres are pressure tested, visually inspected and we try to describe the tread depth as accurately as possible in the ad descriptions. Pictures are also shown where possible.
