Returns Policy

We strongly recommend you are 100% sure on the style of wheel and fitment for your car before ordering to avoid any returns, we always check each item before sending.

Once you recive the item please make sure you inspect and check all items,  any defects need to be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We only accept returns if the items are in exactly the same condition as when we sent them out.

We do not accept returns on ‘made to order’ items – see section A3 within Tearms & Conditions.

You have the right to a 14 day cooling off period starting on the day you receive your item, after this time we will not accept any returns and goods must be in the same un used conditon.

You will need to contact us in writing within the seven day cooling off period if you wish to request a return.

Any returns will need to be packaged in exactly the same way as they arrived to you as you will be responsible for any damage to the item on its way back to us and you are responsible for any damages and costs incurred in returning the item to us.

We will refund the item when we have received it and checked it and are happy it is as we sent it out.

We do not refund delivery charges or payment charges incurred in the sale.

We will only refund using the same method you paid with.

If you receive faulty/wrong items we will of course endeavour to right the situation.

Non faulty goods returned to us may incur a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion.

 

Before Fitting

We advise that you check for correct equipment, condition, fittings and tyre directions prior to external fitting. If for any reason a wheel or tyre is damaged or the incorrect size or if you think there maybe a problem, do not fit to your vehicle, do not drive on it, do not fit tyres if wheels only, contact BMAutoSport immediately (must be within 7 days of delivery). BMAutoSport will not be held liable for any external charges.

 

We advise a test fit and that you thoroughly check the alloy wheels, prior to mounting tyres for wheels only packages.

 

(For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from Customer Service Centres may be recorded or monitored).

 

Warranty

Our standard structural warranty on wheels is 12 months.  We can only provide 3 month warranty on Polished or Diamond Cut wheel finishes.  Warranty is void in cases where wheels have suffered damage from stone-chips, kerbing, neglect or other 3rd party causes.  We strongly advise wheels that have Polished or Diamond Cut finishes are not used during the wet/winter months. We advise they are only used as fair weather wheels and show use. All our used wheels carry no warranty or guarantee.

 

Tyre Warranty

Tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for BMAutoSport to warrant a tyre, if a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre. It is not therefore possible to resolve tyre problems on the spot. You will need to return the tyre to us and cover costs.
